About Pam Farris

Theater, music, and a knack for music trivia led Pam Farris straight into radio. Modeling, community theater and a receptionist position at KWST, LA were the first steps into a continuous career that involved almost every broadcast position in radio. KZAP, KHYL, KYMX and a position as Operations Director w/ Metro Traffic Control established Pam Farris as the first On-Camera Traffic Reporter for KCRA TV while juggling the many voiceover and on-camera commercials coming her way.

The love of the mountains lured Pam to become the popular midday host for 16 years at KOZZ-FM, then mornings at KTHX-FM in Reno, NV.
